About Us - How Will Kids Benefit from KidzArt?

KidzArtKidzArt enhances a child's experience of art.  Kids have a great need to express themselves in many ways — artistically, emotionally, physically and spiritually.  KidzArt impacts each and every area of expression.  The KidzArt classroom is a non-competitive environment enhanced by soft music that allows children to focus and enjoy what they are doing.  Parents see the difference in the quality of art their children bring home.  Kids get immediate results as their enthusiasm for art increases.

KidzArt impacts their lives by sparking their creative process in other areas as well.  KidzArt reaches the artistic individual as well as those who never thought they could draw or create works of art!

KidzArt Team

  • Jaime Collins, Executive Director and Certified Instructor
Before graduating Georgia State University, I began working with KidzArt my senior year of college for the chance to work with children.  I hoped to gain the teaching experience and go on to teach history.  I was also drawn to KidzArt because it required “no previous art experience” and I was curious to see if it was too good to be true.  Growing up with an artist of natural talent for a father, and believing I had no talent of my own, I have been amazed and inspired by what I have accomplished as a KidzArt student!  So much in fact, that now I am a KidzArt Instructor and Owner!  Now I am able to bring that same sense of accomplishment to children of all ages as they are inspired at every KidzArt class!
